Couples looking for comfort
The location was perfect, we were only a few steps away from every major attraction. The staff was extremely helpful, especially when we needed guidance on the best restaurants around. One lady, really a gem, went out of her way to make sure we had our breakfast set up just the way we liked it.
It was a bit pricey, but honestly, worth it.

Excellent central location near major attractions.
The bathroom was small, which was quite disappointing. I also found the room a bit dark due to insufficient natural light. The elevator to the 5th floor was very, very slow, making it frustrating to wait at times.

the breakfast room has excellent light, but the lift needs an update.

missingWrote a review on Oct 06dirty floorpoor service
The room floor was dirty, cleaning was subpar, and my view? Just a tight, unpleasant interior court. One would expect a welcome gift when paying so much. Absolutely disappointing that even with a larger room, no special treatment was offered. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. Poor service all around.

We had a smashing time! The location was a braw base to explore Valencia, just a stone's throw from the main square. Staff were pure lovely and helpful. The only downside was the room felt a wee bit cramped—definitely consider upgrading if you've got a lot o' bags.

I enjoyed the comfortable shower, yet the family room was smaller than expected.

The location on a quiet street means it's just a short stroll to major attractions without the hassle of street noise. The room had modern amenities and a clean, spacious bathroom, which made for a comfortable stay.
The layout of the room felt smaller than expected, which could be tight, especially for families or groups with luggage. The breakfast price seemed excessive compared to local cafes, pushing me to skip it altogether. the elevator's small capacity was frustrating during busy times, often requiring longer waits.

We had an amazing time exploring the Cathedral and tasting local dishes at the market. The staff were super helpful, and we loved the free teas and coffees in the lobby. The location made it easy to get around. Definitely check out the free bike options!
The breakfast was a bit pricey compared to local spots, so we skipped it. It could use some more affordable options like coffee and pastries.

Great stay with friendly staff
Just back from a 3-night stay and it was a blast! Hotel's super central, walking distance to the main attractions. Staff were sooo nice, helped us with recommendations. Room was comfy with a fab shower. Only wished the breakfast could have more variety, it was fine but the same every day. great place!
